About Anne Marie Welcome, Beautiful Soul I believe you already carry the wisdom and capacity to heal. Sometimes life, trauma, grief, illness, or difficult experiences create heavy layers that disconnect us from our true essence. My calling is to walk beside you with compassion, deep intuition, and over 15 years of experience to create a healing journey that is as unique as you are. Rather than relying on a rigid checklist, I intuitively weave together a tapestry of holistic healing modalities tailored to your individual needs. My intention is never to “fix” you, because I do not believe you are broken. My role is to create a sacred space where your body’s innate wisdom and your soul’s natural capacity to heal can emerge bringing you back into greater harmony, balance, peace, and alignment with who you truly are. My Path to Love Alchemy My path to this calling was not linear it was forged in the fire of my own transformation. For many years, I lived behind a mask. While my life appeared stable from the outside, internally I felt deeply isolated, unseen, and emotionally unprotected. During my teenage years, a devastating trauma shattered my world. Stricken with shame and without the support to process what had happened, I shut down completely. To cope with the unbearable pain, I turned to substances to numb myself. For many years I lived with debilitating depression, severe anxiety, crippling social anxiety, and unhealthy abusive relationships. I became disconnected from my body, my spirit, my voice, and my sense of worth. Everything changed when I discovered I was going to become a mother. In that moment, I made a choice that would forever change the course of my life. I refused to allow my daughter to grow up in the environment I had accepted for myself. I chose her and in choosing her, I chose myself. Today, I am profoundly grateful to have been sober and thriving for more than 21 years. Sobriety, however, was only the beginning. The anxiety, depression, and emotional pain did not disappear overnight. It was through yoga, meditation, breathwork, energy healing, subconscious healing, and deep inner work that I slowly found my way back to myself. These practices didn’t simply help me cope they transformed my life. Because these modalities helped me heal, they became my calling. My greatest purpose is to share them with others and be of service to those who are searching for their own path back to hope, healing, and wholeness. Awakening the Light Within As I continued healing, my innate spiritual gifts began to reawaken. Since childhood, I had always been deeply empathic sensing spirits, perceiving energy, and physically feeling what others carried but I spent many years suppressing those gifts because I didn’t understand them. As I healed my own trauma, my intuition deepened, allowing me to become a clearer channel for healing, compassion, and service. Through decades of study and experience, I have cultivated an integrative approach that allows me to meet each client exactly where they are.
